You may want to emphasize the height of the trucks. We wound up with about 4-5 feet too much.

What did we do best?
Very responsive, easy to reach. Felt that our rep (Linda) really cared about our concerns with the move.

What can we improve?
Emphasize all the equipment that is to be provided (we bought moving pads and straps, must have missed that they would be on the truck, but we were able to return these).

Adam Fleischer was fabulous. He was incredibly friendly and gave me information immediately. Moving is stressful but Adam spoke to me in a way that made me feel very comfortable that my belongings would be safe.

Christopher was more than I could ask for in a driver. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was concerned about being separated from my belongings but felt completely comfortable with Christopher. Anyone who works with him in the future should feel very lucky and know that they have the best driver.
