Bob was fantastic. His personality was a little rough around the edges but he was great!! He was very helpful and did waaaay more than I expected. He was the best man for the job and I really appreciated him!

I had about 3 ft more than I needed but that was thanks to Bob. If I had done it myself without his help I might have come up short. The pricing was lower than I expected and I tell everyone about Movex now.

On a scale of 1 - 10, (with 10 being best), how did Movex do overall?

What did we do best?
Can't nail down one thing because the whole thing was perfect. Beats the heck out of U-Haul!!

What can we improve?
Really hard to find something but if I had to find one thing I'd suggest brainstorming to figure out a way to load the cars without having to get a tow truck. That tacked another $150 on. It was worth the peace of mind but if that could be solved this box would be blank!!

At both of my storage locations I didn't know to ask if a truck of the size used could pull up in front. Next time, they may want to have the customer confirm that. Other people may know to ask but I didn't....
