The initial price I was quoted was definately a good price, however when I called back, the price I was quoted was $150-$200 more than the original price I was told. I felt that I was being taken advantage of in that respect, however it was still less expensive than renting a u-haul and driving it across the country myself so I decided to use MOVEX.

What did we do best?
Answering my questions and getting all of the paper work finished in a timely manner.

What can we improve?
Make the shipping window smaller. I was told that I had a shipping window between August 15th - August 23rd. The first truck driver I spoke to was interested in loading the trucker earlier and our things would arrive on the 15th or the next day. We were thrilled with this outcome, then the next day I was told that my driver was switched, when I spoke with the new driver he said he would not be out to Albuquerque until August 23rd, this was extremely frustrating because I moved out here for grad school and that was the day classes started, so I am now forced to unpack and study and do research at the same time, where as if the truck had gotten here with the first driver I would have had a week to unpack and not stress about school.
