Tom was awesome! Our conversation before he got to our house was like he was a long time friend. He got there and was helpful to us with info on packing the truck and with strapping everything in. He was prompt with pickup and delivery times and tried to do what he could to be helpful to us. Thank Tom again for us!

How was the Movex price for your move?
Just as expected.

Comments about spacing and pricing?
We paid for 34 Feet of the truck but for some reason, Tom had another load to put on after ours so he kept trying to push us back. We only used 30 ft and had to leave a couple things behind because he said that's what we had but we counted the space and we only used 30 ft. I guess the next pickup he had still didn't have enough space and wasn't happy. I called Jackie and informed her of this. I hope that Tom the driver did not get docked any money, because the truck evidently got overbooked and neither of us got all of the space that we paid for.

What did we do best?
Provided us with a truck and driver that got most of our belongings from point A to point B

What can we improve?
Please do not overbook trucks! And don't blame drivers if you try to book 34 Ft. to one customer and book 28 Ft. to another customer and the truck is only 53Ft. long. He can't make the truck longer.
