Movex was a great alternative for us and a good way for us to save money on our cross country move. We were able to use our space efficiently thanks to the driver James, and in the end were able to fit more items than we originally anticipated on the truck. Again thank you to our terrific driver .

What did we do best?
I was very pleased with the communication. Because I could reach our sales person and if they were not immediately available the return phone call came in less than 24 hours; it made what could have been a stressful event less stressful. I had friends that moved and they waited almost two weeks for their items to be delivered. Our items arrived more efficiently than we anticipated, in less time that was quoted to us. Because we could be in direct contact with our driver their was never a time when we couldn't know where our belongings were and last minute arrangements were able to be carried out without a flaw. Thank You

Continue to keep customer service a priority and the company will be around for years to come.
